Jane made us feel so at ease with the whole process. To say this year has been rough for us would be an understatement. We have lost our precious feathered and fur babies two at the beginning and one just last week. Jane was our saviour for all three completely understanding and helped us through the process and finding the right urn for all. All individual and personalities that could show through. So far we have used this company four times and with my love for my animals won't be the last time(although hopefully not for a while). Jane is very much an asset and I can't thank her enough for the wonderful service she provides. Many beautiful urns that don't look like urns and the care, always next level. Thank you again 💓
